Read More »This week we had three sisters; Jen, Carolyn and Pamela join us for surf and yoga. Las Tres Hermanas were absolutely fun to have at our retreats. It was a treat to see these ladies enjoy themselves with our group and take time to have some sister quality time. Thanks for all the great talks and belly laughs.

Read More »We were very impressed by the newly (and quickly) formed skills of these surfing ladies. They were gun-ho and ready to go on our first day out. With our guests popping up all over the ocean break and catching their very first wave, it was hard to not have an ear to ear grin on my face. I was a proud surf mama watching my 14 incredible guests enjoying the same thing I do…Surfing in Maui.
Read More »In my opinion, yoga and surfing are two peas in a pod. There are numerous similarities between these two activities… the poses you do on your yoga mat are similar to the pop-up steps on your surfboard. Not to mention, yoga brings an awareness to your breath and brings you in the moment while surfing allows your mind to be free of it’s daily worries. I don’t know anyone who is thinking about their mortgage payment while they are surfing a precious wave.
