SwellWomen Retreats:: Wellness

Our surf retreats are about wellness too! This week our August 15th guests were treated to a beautiful Maui sunset while practicing some long and deep in and out breaths. We take these nice and calming breaths into the water while surfing.

SwellWomen Retreats:: Las Tres Hermanas

This week we had three sisters; Jen, Carolyn and Pamela join us for surf and yoga. Las Tres Hermanas were absolutely fun to have at our retreats. It was a treat to see these ladies enjoy themselves with our group and take time to have some sister quality time. Thanks for all the great talks and belly laughs.

It’s time to hit the beach! Our August 15th guests got a first hand experience of all the Maui elements- wind, rain, sunshine, calmness and great waves, on their very first day. They made us so proud!

SwellWomen Retreats:: Swell Surfing in Maui

We were very impressed by the newly (and quickly) formed skills of these surfing ladies. They were gun-ho and ready to go on our first day out. With our guests popping up all over the ocean break and catching their very first wave, it was hard to not have an ear to ear grin on my face. I was a proud surf mama watching my 14 incredible guests enjoying the same thing I do…Surfing in Maui.

There's no better classroom than a surf classroom outdoors!
