Ahhh...the joy of winter! Well, I know what you are thinking, "Ha, what do YOU have to complain about living in Maui?". Well, you are right! I certainly do not have anything to complain about living in Maui. However, I do wish to share that we did receive snow on top of our beautiful volcano of Haleakala. Yes, you heard right...snow. Check out the piece below.

| Snow in Maui?
| Yes, that's right! The last time it snowed was in early '04 and it snowed only about .5 inches and was gone in a few hours. The rangers at the National Park had to issue a winter storm warning and closed the road due to high winds and ice on the road. It was predicted that the storm was not yet finished and could dump more snow on the mountain...and it did! 3 inches of freshies! Crazy!
