1) Call 1.800.399.MAUI or e-mail us to check for availability. Please make sure to specify your requested dates and room choice.

2) Click here for a registration form* to fill out. Please fill out and fax it back to 1.866.729.2932 or mail it to:

You may also scan and pdf your registration form. Please e-mail it to info@swellwomen.com

3) Go to our payment page to pay online with Visa or MasterCard or mail a check with your reservation form to the address listed in step 2. (See Booking and Cancellation Policies for important details.)

*Please Note- You will not be registered for your Surf and Yoga Retreat until we receive both your deposit and your registration form. If you do not have your flight information at time of booking, please e-mail it to us when you confirm your flight arrangements.

You will receive a confirmation e-mail within 5-7 business days after your reservation form and payment have been received. Additional information (packing list, shuttle pick up schedule, etc..) will be e-mailed to you prior to your trip.
