It takes some time to go from a seed to a full-grown plant. And so with affirmations, it takes some time from the first declaration to the final demonstration. So be patient.”
To get started creating your own affirmation set up a slot of time during which you can relax and let ideas come naturally. Think of the areas of your life that you want to work on and what changes you’d like to experience. If you’re feeling stumped, try writing a few “I am…”, “I know…”, “I have…”, and “I wish…” statements. These will be your inspiration.
