I recently was introduced to Marjorie Morgan through Twitter. She is the owner of Girls Outdoors an online resource for women in Outdoor Education and Outdoor Recreation. It has been set up to provide an information hub and a mode of communication between women participating, or wanting to participate, in outdoor education and recreation. It includes a wide range of women’s sports such as cycling, climbing, surfing, kayaking, canoeing, hiking and snow sports are just to name a few. Girls Outdoors also has information on gear and travel. Marjorie the owner is Girls Outdoors is a teacher, outdoor educator and outdoor enthusiast.
