I love winter. Granted I’m still wearing shorts and a bathing suit so it’s REALLY not winter in the typical sense. But we do have changes. For instance, the waves on the North Shore get bigger. JAWS, the world famous surf break is just down the street from where I live. When it breaks (a couple times a year) you can hear it. The grumbling and roaring of the wave is felt in the core…adding excitement to the Maui air. I just had my first JAWS show for the season a couple of days ago. Yep, winter is definitely here.

Surfs up! Sounds like you guys are about to get a huge swell! Maui highway patrol is on alert for the highways getting swamped. Doing any photos for the Eddie this year?
