Just found out that a friend of mine, dear mother had recently passed from a brain aneurysm. She was a yoga teacher in our community and a teacher to many. Life is so precious. Tell someone that you love them, hold someone in your arms today and let them know that they mean the world to you. This is real stuff and reminds me to LIVE.
