Drink two glasses of water to start the day.
Affirm “I take time to care for my body, even on busy days.  Self-care makes my life go smoothly.”
Eat foods high in nutrients.  Green veggies, carrots, and celery are great snacks.
Remember to breathe deeply, regularly, and steadily.  Breathing increasing oxygen and mental clarity.  Start your meetings by taking a deep breath.
Stretch throughout the day.  This will help to increase blood flow and flexibility, which increases muscle health, releases tension, and relieves stress.
