We love our chef at our women’s surf camps. He keeps us well fed and cooks with love. Phil Demott has been a professional chef and restaurant manager for over 30 years. He was the Operations Manager at the Hard Rock Café in Honolulu and currently is the owner at the New Wok Star International Noodle Café in Kihei, Maui.
