Return to Source is an intimate, 8-day sacred feminine initiation journey in the heart of Peru's Sacred Valley β held within a container of just 10 women, two experienced facilitators, and a master Andean-Amazonian shaman whose lineage spans generations and is deeply rooted into the land beneath your feet.
This retreat is a collective, co-created experience which integrates facilitators, medicine carriers, and participants in one unified container. You will be held β truly held β while also being invited into your own direct relationship with the medicine, the land, and the unseen wisdom that lives within you.

Ceremony & Integration
Over 8 days, the journey moves through intentional, carefully sequenced experiences β each one placed to support not just breakthrough, but real integration and embodiment as you return to daily life.
Ayahuasca Ceremonies
Two nights of deep emotional, energetic, and spiritual release β held in sacred ceremony with Titu Amaru.
Wachuma (San Pedro)
Heart opening, clarity, and connection to the natural world β in the light of day, under open Andean sky.
Haywarikuy Ceremony
An ancestral offering of gratitude to Pachamama and the Apus, led by a Q'ero practitioner.
Chulla Chaka
The Andean sweat lodge β a ceremony of purification, release, and rebirth rooted in ancient tradition.
Cacao Ceremony
Opening the heart and softening the body β led by Katy to begin the journey inward & connect to the heart portal.
Sacred Energy Healing
Supporting release and energetic alignment through breath, energy activation, somatic practice, and sound.
Yoga, Sound & Bodywork
Restorative practices woven throughout to regulate your nervous system and anchor what arises.

Descent, Expansion & Return
Arrival & Opening
You arrive, exhale, and begin to soften. Our circle opens with a Haywarikuy Ceremony ~ an ancestral offering of gratitude to Pachamama commonly known as a despacho. This establishes safety, trust, and shared presence which sets the tone for the week ahead.
Preparation & Devotion
A day of reverence and readiness. Katy will lead a Cacao ceremony to activate the heart portal followed by a sacred energy healing, gentle somatic practices, intention refinement, and an evening of silence ~ a wonderful opportunity to further connect to the land.
The First Descent
The first Ayahuasca ceremony. A night of deep release, emotional truth, and surrender. What has been stored is invited to move. What has been suppressed is invited to surface. You are held through all of it.
Heart Opening & Expansion
Harnessing the sacred power of the sun, the Wachuma ceremony unfolds under open sky β daylight, nature, beauty, and the soft clarity that follows depth. The Chulla Chaka sweat lodge closes the day as a ceremony of purification and rebirth.
Nourishment & Regulation
A rest day. Your nervous system is given permission to settle and integrate. Optional offerings include restorative yoga, sound healing, and unstructured space to receive without effort. Integration doesn't happen in ceremony β it happens here.
The Second Descent
A second Ayahuasca ceremony deepening the conversation with GRAND MOTHER. The layers that weren't accessible the first time. Deeper truth. Soul-level insight. Identity shifts that have the potential to rearrange everything.
Integration & Meaning-Making
A day of witnessing and being witnessed. Group integration circle, reflection practices, creative expression. You begin to translate the inner experience into embodied, livable wisdom.
Closing & Rebirth
A closing ceremony. Gratitude to the land, the medicine, the group. A final sharing circle βΒ who I am nowΒ β and the gentle preparation for return. You leave remembering the greater truth of who you are.

Return to Source is supported by a pre-retreat preparation container β a four-week journey welcoming you into the circle with Intention Setting, Sacred Energy Healing, and full retreat preparation. You arrive open, ready, and connected before you ever land in Peru.
Support continues after you return home, with post-retreat integration calls at one week, one month, and two months β because the real work of a medicine journey unfolds in the living of ordinary life.

A former globe-trotting corporate executive, entrepreneur, and private chef, Lulu brings a rich, lived tapestry to everything she creates. Her approach blends deep wisdom with playful spirit, holding space that is both profoundly safe and genuinely transformative.
She knows what it is to be a woman in the middle of a reckon. She has sat in that fire. And she knows how to hold space for others who are finding their way through it.

Katy Cox
Healing Arts Β· Culinary Wellness Β· WATSU Β· Earth Medicine FacilitatorKaty and Lulu have been soul sisters for 21 years. That's not a detail β that's the foundation of the container they create together.
Raised in a Shinto Buddhist community in London, Katy brings decades of experience in healing arts, culinary wellness, and transformational practice. She holds a BSc in Ecological Sciences and a Nutritional Therapy certification, and has worked internationally as a private chef, retreat facilitator, and multi-disciplinary yoga teacher. Her journey has taken her through off-grid living in Spain, Ayurvedic training in India, and years of global retreat leadership with the SwellWomen team.
Now based in Nosara, Costa Rica, Katy is a WATSU practitioner, Heart Math Affiliate, and Earth Medicine facilitator β offering cacao ceremonies, aquatic bodywork, and heart-centered healing.
She nourishes souls through the sacred intersection of food, movement, and ancient wisdom. Her presence in this container is its own kind of medicine.

Titu Amaru is not someone we found. He is someone we were brought back to.
Ten years ago, he held our very first medicine ceremony β at this same sacred land, this same Source, in Peru's Sacred Valley. Returning to him, returning to this place, after a decade of living and growing and being changed by life β that reunion is woven into the very heart of Return to Source.
Christian carries nearly three decades of experience in soul healing and energy transmutation, born into two sacred ancestral lineages. From the Hawka lineage β specialists in ancestral Andean magic β and from the Hampeq lineage of healers, he received the living wisdom of his grandmother, his mother, and his father before him.
He has been consecrated in the thirteen sacred mountains of Cusco and protected by the energy of the SeΓ±or de Qoyllur Rit'i β the Sacred Stellar Mountain. His work weaves master plants, Andean-Amazonian ritual, herbal practice, and contemporary healing approaches into a single, coherent, deeply respectful path.

Nestled between a 100-foot waterfall, a tranquil river canyon, and the majestic Andean peaks at 10,000 feet, The Source is one of the most sacred retreat spaces we have ever stepped foot in β and returning to it after a decade feels exactly like the name of this journey suggests.
You'll fall asleep to the sound of cascading water and wake beneath the Milky Way. At the heart of the property is a sacred temple built on sacred geometry and embedded with over 1,000 pounds of natural crystals. Gourmet meals crafted daily from organic, locally sourced ingredients. Every detail tended to so that you can focus on one thing only β your journey home to yourself.
