The Swell Experience is a one-of-a-kind women’s wellness retreat designed for all women who seek the thrill of adventure, the reward of accomplishment and the fellowship and encouragement of new friends. Our mission is to provide women who have the desire to golf or learn to golf from all across the world with a blissful, organized, transforming retreat with every detail taken care of. Whether you are traveling on your own or coming with a friend, our retreats provide a wonderful opportunity to not only to re-connect with yourself, but to connect with like-minded women who have similar interests.

Your Luxury Golf & Yoga Wellness Retreat in Mt. Washington Includes:
- 4-Nights Deluxe Accommodation at a breathtaking golf resort at Mount Washington, NH
- 3-Course welcome dinner on opening night
- 2 x 18 hole rounds of Golf at the awarding winning Donald Ross course.
- Designed by Donald Ross and restored by Brian Silva in 2007, this course was voted Golfweek magazine’s “Best Course You Can Play in New Hampshire” from 2009 – 2015.
- Pitch Putt & Pour clinic with pro
- If you are newer to golf, enjoy caddie services by Abby to help guide you throughout the course.
- Yoga for Golfers- Warm up at the course (in golf clothes) with Yoga for Golfers stretches and exercises to prepare your body and mind for the round. Increase flexibility, balance and power while reducing injury potential. Learn techniques to keep the mind calm and focused for better course management. Throughout the round, get tips from the course on staying loose and focused.
- The art of meditation is known for allowing your body and mind to handle stress, discomfort and complete sleep. We will teach you meditation tricks that will retrain your brain and allow you to live a healthier lifestyle and improve on your game!
- Optional Restorative Sunset Class- After a long day on the course, come together to enjoy an easy yoga class to close the day. Slow down, soothe the nervous system, and be guided into a complete state of relaxation.
- Guided hike- Experience the land of Mt. Washington with a beautiful and refreshing outdoor experience starting with an easy/intermediate hike. When we take a break, enjoy a relaxing meditation and breathing exercises with beautiful views!

How do we fit so much into one day? By taking care of all the details so that you can truly enjoy your golf & yoga vacation.
- 7:00 am Breakfast
- 8:00 am Pre-Golf Yoga Warm-Up
- 8:30 am – 1:30pm – 18-hole round of golf
- 2:00 pm – Free time to enjoy Mt. Washington / Optional restorative yoga class
The schedule may change according to weather, destination or other events that may be added to your wellness package. Do you need to participate in everything? We are here to provide many options for you to choose from. If you opt to relax by the pool the entire day or choose to participate in only one activity per day, you will be supported in that decision. It’s your golf and yoga vacation, and we are here to accommodate you in whatever choice brings you the highest bliss.
