SwellWomen’s newest virtual experience, Embody Your Bliss, provides you with the basic insights into the practice of Yoga Nidra. Over the course of  3 weeks, you’ll experience first hand what it takes to tap into your inner bliss… and hint: it’s passive, relaxing, warm and welcoming!

Embody Your Bliss unfolds through three Yoga Nidra modules, covering the essential aspects of the practice. At its core, personal practice takes the center stage as we explore the following modules...

HARMONY

Week 1 we learn the fundamentals about how Yoga Nidra works and the benefits you'll reap from the practice. Our practice will focus on intentional relaxation allowing you to balance your mind, body, and soul.

SERENITY

Week 2 we dive into the layers of our being AKA the Koshas.  Our practice will allow you to release tension, worries, and distractions, guiding you towards a state of profound inner calm. 

MANIFEST

Week 3 we explore how the power of intention, carefully cultivated through Sankalpa, can become a catalyst for manifestation. Our practice is designed to take you deeper into self allowing you to harness your highest potential.
